Redmine

When i am performing any action first time it is crashing and giving following error
Status: 500 Internal Server Error
undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass

but if i am refreshing the same page again then i m getting the result page.
SO plz tell if this is a problem of session load before plugin loads or a database space issue.
