Redmine 2.6.0 doesn't have "view differences" between versions in Subversion respository

Dear all,

I have installed Redmine 2.6.0 from package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
and Subversion as respoistory.

but I found the Redmine 2.6.0 doesn't have "view differences" function.
when I have upload different versions into Subversion SCM.

and I have another setup for Redmine 2.2.3 installed by BitNami.
it HAS "view differences" function.

Detail screen captures are in attached files.

Please help to find what's going wrong with my Remind 2.6.0.
is it some setting I miss to configurate?
