Redmine 2.5.1 and 2.4.5 released (Security)

Redmine 2.5.1 is a maintenance release that includes a security fix (wrong validation of the URL where the user is redirected to after logging in, reported by Minoru Sakai). You can review the other changes in the Changelog. Redmine 2.4.5 includes the security fix only.
