A plugin to give the users the power to change their avatar. The plugin has originally been developed by Andrew Chaika. He produced version 0.0.1 of the plugin. The plugin had some deficiencies and solutions to them in the Redmine forums. I simply applied the corrections to the plugin since the conceptor didn't promulgate any activity on the plugin in over a year.
Installation notes
Install in the Rails plugin location and restart Redmine. Enjoy!
