This plugin integrates Redmine with SLAdiator.
SLAdiator is an SLA monitoring webapp: you define some rules, SLAdiator shows you how much time (in business hours) you have left to do something (e.g. respond to an issue or resolve it). You can also run reports to see if you've met your SLA in the past.
This plugin just pumps the necessary issue data to SLAdiator whenever an issue is created, updated or deleted. You'll need to create a SLAdiator account to use this plugin.
