I would like to know if your software can accommodate these requirements/needs. Thank you.

+ Track hours of each task which relate to a cost code from which we bid from
+ We are tiring to gain some accurate history on how we spend our time on each job site
+ I would like the ability to set up each job according to its tasks as they do vary by job
+ Our superintendents fill these out every day and turn them in once a week to feed payroll
+ We currently only have normal cell phones in the field
+ We will consider providing netbooks or laptops - if there is a web based application that works
+ I would like the ability to create an invoice based on the labor worked per job per week
+ I would like the ability to easily filter and chart/graph our costs and see trends
+ Each employee has an employee number that we need to include as well
+ Each employee has a different pay rate
+ Software would need to recognize overtime and adjust payment
+ Goal - to eliminate payroll errors, track overtime, report on trends and bill each job
