Redmine

I have transelated the whole redmine guide, which is now available at http://218.107.133.32:5000/wiki/ezwork/ZhGuide
And I have translated about 80% of the redmine wiki too. It's also available at http://218.107.133.32:5000/wiki/ezwork/ZhRedmine

I think it would be better to copy those Chinese guides and wikis to redmine's wiki, as the French version guide does.
If I can have some write permissions on the redmine's wiki, I will be very glad to do that.
