Screening tickets by member Role

I don't have too many people in the Redmine platform, but loving it already.
One issue, is there a way to screen tickets by Role so that "Reporters" can't see "Developers" tickets, and neither can see "Managers" tickets. A control panel like "Workflow" that let me hide certain trackers would focus team members on their own work, and allow some management notes related to contracts against milestones.
For example, I have a contractor responsible for a particular version, created a milestone to represent their project and just summarized the product in the description. This way I have an idea of what they changed in the code base, but don't have to duplicate management of tasks in that contract (unless a ticket is necessary.)
However, I noted a change in rate against the ticket as well as some related tasks they will be handling. If another contractor saw this information they may ask for more, or tell them this contractor they are making less. Their might also be questions about why they are getting certain tickets.
