I'm having troubles with my redmine installation

I installed Redmine and it worked OK for almost 4 mons. I don't know what a hell happened but one day my redmine just stop working, now when I try to access I get this message from the browser...
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/2.2.11 (Ubuntu) DAV/2 SVN/1.5.4 mod_fastcgi/2.4.6 PHP/5.2.6-3ubuntu4.5 with Suhosin-Patch mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8g mod_apreq2-20051231/2.6.0 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.10.0 Server at 10.35.3.1 Port 5800
I wonder if anyone had the same problem and if it has solution.

It looks as if you've deployed Redmine using FastCGI with Apache. I'd recommend to use Passenger. It performs much better and is a lot more stable. Just do a Google search for redmine+passenger+ubuntu
(you seem to be running on Ubuntu) and you should be able to make it work. A quick search yielded this howto -- I didn't try it myself, but it seems to mention all the important stuff.
