Redmine

Our current Redmine workflow works well when we are communicating amongst our team, however it does not work so well when we are communicating with a 3rd party about an issue that is in Redmine. This generally involves much cutting and pasting of Emails to/from Redmine.

In an ideal world I would like to add a note to redmine and then click a button to send that note as an Email to a third party, perhaps with the note text being updated to indicate that an Email was sent. Is anyone aware of a plugin that improves the process of Emailing Text from Redmine to a 3rd party who does not have a redmine account.
