Discussion on/about wiki pages

Probably it would be cool to have a discussion, attached to wiki page.

Probably there is no need in the new engine and it is possible to attach the Forum's thread to the wiki page:

If there is no corresponding forum thread, then there should be a button on the wiki page, which will create it.
If the corresponding thread exists, it should be sowed (probably collapsed) on the wiki page.

The Wiki Extensions plugin lets you comment / discuss within the Wiki.
