Redmine

I am wondering if it is possible to set up Redmine to ignore messages that come from mailer-daemon or other messages which are bounces. I had a problem where one of the people who received notices for new issues was bouncing, which put redmine into a loop (new issue created, notification bounces, yet another new issue created).
