When viewing Issues, I would like to suppress fields, so that they no longer display.

For example, we don't use '% Done' or 'Spent time' or even the entire 'Log time' section.

I can see where I can change the names of these labels (config/locales/en.yml, for example).

Where would I go to suppress the field entirely?
