Redmine

Hello all
I have a possible investor to my company, and now we have come to the stage where he wants a technical due diligence of our products. Normally I would travel to him and let him have a look at our sources.
But I was wondering whether I could grant him access to our redmine and the repository for a limited amount of time.

Of course it should not be possible for him to download sources. Have any some ideas as how I can configure rights in Redmine so he basically can see all but not download.
