Redmine

hi,

we want to create a SVN server with Redmine on top, but what is the best way, to let authenticated LDAP (our students) users allow to create there own SVN repositories and they can give other students access to there projects? Everything without using the shell.
The other way is also importent, if the user doesn't exist anymore, we need a way, to delete the Redmine account and all projects related to him.

Any suggestions?
