How to add my Company Logo

I use the Redmine 1.1.2 running in Win XP Pro platform.

I am trying to customize the Redmine banner with my company logo and did search the Redmine forum. Somehow all the answer that I found was not for Windows version.

Could some one assist me with an answer to this question of mine.
