Redmine

Please pardon the intrusion, but I need help that I think only this forum can provide. My wife's computer became infected with some spyware and she had an IT person take a look. He said he found spyware called "redmine", and described it as basically a keylogger program that can be installed on her PC either in person or remotely.

I have looked and looked for info, and this Redmine is the only software I could find with that name...and it doesn't look like it can be (or would be) used for such a purpose. Further, it doesn't look like something that could be installed on an individual PC.

Am I correct? Has anyone heard of anything similar?
