Wordpress submission plugin?

Does anybody know of a plugin for wordpress that allows for direct submission to redmine?

Basically I have a website based on wordpress, which has a shopping cart. I'm trying to figure out what is required to have wordpress automatically create a ticket (issue) when we get a new order.
