Creation of new ticket by user Anonymous via e-mail (Helpdesk)

User Anonymous isn’t registered in Redmine and new ticket is created by him via e-mail (user writes letter to some e-mail address and creates new ticket as Anonymous):
  1. can Redmine notify automatically user Anonymous at new ticket creation via e-mail?
  2. how to recognize his e-mail address? He is Anononymous in system and I don't want to register him but I need to know his e-mail address.
