I have some questions about SCM

1. Is it possible to define default repository paths for each VCS.
   EX:
   SVN - /repositories/svn
   Mercurial - /repositories/hg
   GIT - /repositories/git

1. Is there any method to automagically create the repositories without shell access to the Redmine machine

1. How can i have repository access controlled with permissions
