Redmine on a environment with devolopment process

Hi,

In my company we hava a software development process, where there is a person to make software analysis, other people to program and another to make the white box tests. So, we want to estimate the time for each of these phases of development. What is the best way to do this in RedMine?? Open a ticket for each phase?? Estimate the time of all phases in only one ticket??

You could create a custom field for each of the three estimates.

Hi,

How can I add the custom fields who estimate time of each phase on reports wich summaryze this kind of information like on Time tracking of Roadmap??
