Related Issues and Watchers not visible on Issues page on ver 1.2.1

Hi All,

Fantastic piece of software!

I've got a brand new installation of 1.2.1 on Ubuntu 11.04

I can't find the features described here : RedmineIssues

The ability to set up relations to other issues, and add and remove watchers.

I should have all privileges?
