Redmine

Performance is degraded when a Project has more than 900+ users assigned to it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Login into Redmine (with permissions to create a project)
2) Create a Project and assign users (900+) to it.
3) Once the Project is created, click on Settings tab.
4) It takes more than 90seconds to load the page.

Not sure whether this issue has been raised earlier (as I could not found any). Please provide me with your inputs.

Redmine version: 1.2.1
Ruby version: 1.8.7
Rails version: 2.3.11
