Issues with email notification

Hi Guys!
Congratulation for this really great work !
I have two questions and did not find the answer in the previous messages in the forum :
1- when you write a message in a forum and attach a file to it, is it possible that the email generated by redmine contain the link of the attached file, or even better, attach the file itself to the message. Hope I m clear ...
2- Currently when I reply to this kind of email, nothing happen. So to reply to email coming from the forum, I have to connect to redmine. So, how to be able to reply directly to the forum with my email ? I'm using the current version of redmine.
