Broken links in notification e-mails

Dear friends,
We have broken links in redmine's notification emails. They are relative, that's without host name (e.g. http://attachments/download/2457/Screen%20shot%202011-06-03%20at%201.15.23%20PM.png).
Just the same problem with 'diff' links.
Links to tasks are OK.

Is this matter of any setting in Redmine we've missed or it's a bug?
