Redmine

Hi, I recently upgraded to 1.3.2 coming from 1.2.0. I followed the instructions on the Upgrading page and all went seemingly well, despite some warnings. However, I cannot assign issues to groups - which I was eagerly awaiting. Also I cannot find the setting to disable default setting of start time of issues. Any advice welcome. Anything went wrong on the upgrade? Note that I did add the groups to the project members.
