Redmine

Hello,

In redmine (1.2.0), is it possible to

1. prevent users logging time straight against a project (through Project→Overview→Details→Log time)?
2. restrict users create issues only in versions of the projects (or making the target version mandatory)?

Please let me know if what I am asking is not very clear or you need more information in this regard.
