Custom field search with redmine not working

I have tried something like this for custom field search on redmine issues (http://localhost:3000/issues.xml?tracker_id=4&cf_3=Conf%20Room%201) and its not working. I am using redmine v1.3.2.

I tried [[http://www.redmine.org/issues.xml?tracker_id=1&cf_1=1.4.1]] and its working.

Please let me know what will be the issue.
