Daily tasks rather than issues

Hello to all,
At our company we're trying to improve statistics on how much time goes into certain tasks, that are not exactly one-off issues that we report on different projects.
We have created a separate project for Management, including tasks such as "Client communication" , "Content monitoring" , "Designer briefings" , etc. Most of these tasks are performed on a daily basis by different members of the company, making it impossible to create a different issue for every single project and logging time on it (we would have 20 "Client communication" issues for 20 projects, which is not efficient, if a manager works simultaneously on 3-4 projects).
Do you have any ideas on how to track, publish, etc. such tasks, that are not exactly "bugs", "features", and are mainly used for time tracking ?
