Redmine

Hi, I have seen somr old posts about REST and seems that the EST API request must be sent to http://www.redmine.org.

My questions are:
- I ws able to read the project_id=1 without using the API key, so reading is OK without key?
- may I create new project and issues?
- may I update-delete?

I ambe using Curl and a custom package based on Smalltalk, thanks, Carlos
