Request for a Ticket Filter

Hi Team,
It be very helpful if i can find my answer with the forum and the specialist working with Redmine.
Here is my question which i seek help :
1. I need to have the ticket details which are closed/updated/worked/feedbacked individually by myself, if i try with current filter options available under the Redmine system I can only see few tickets in my name which i was the author.
Its not showing the varios tickets which I updated or closed.
2. On a ITIL environment we need to take the individual performance standards as well. Hence seeking your help.
