1.4.x -> 2.x: Will all plugins work?

I'm planning to upgrade some time next week, but I'm wondering if all plugins I'm currently using will still work.
Is it just the redmine version that matters, or the rails version, too?

The plug-in needs to specifically be Rails 3.0 compatible, a lot of them are not. Check with the plug-in maintainers for each plug-in.
