Field validation in Redmine

Hi
I have tried to generate some filter in the field of the new issue page.
in the path app\views\issues, existe many views where was modified some order of show the field. For example: In my project is necessary capture first some fields (For example: custom files (company, store, user name, etc, ....) Please see the image 1
But is necessary created filters in this fields. For example: In the field "Company", is necesary create a validation for the next fied "Store". (This is because depending of the company , must be select the shop).
I try of modify the _form.rhtml and _attributes.rhtml unsuccessfully.
What I have to file or process change to achieve these filters?
