Redmine and visually imparied users

Hello,

I recently had a inquiry from a user that uses a screen reader for their day to day activities. We currently use the A1 theme, and specifically, he is reporting that the screen reader (JAWS from Freedom Scientific) is not able to process even the login page correctly.

That aside, my real question is: Does anyone have any experience with users who require a screen reader, that would need to use Redmine to perform functions of their job?
