Redmine

Sorry to post here, but I received no response on Open Help forum or #redmine IRC

Need the ability to export projects and their contents to another version of redmine on an external server. I see the ability to do this with issues, but I am looking to move a project onto its own dedicated redmine server with SVN. There are some rudimentary backup instructions in the forum but they don't detail restoration and what exactly is backed-up. I assume the whole DB, but is there more necessary? Would it be easier to just clone the server and delete the projects I don't want in that server's version of redmine?

Running 0.7 at the moment.
