Redmine

I am transferring a large project with multiple designdocuments in Word to Redmine. The Word documents have to be transferred to Wiki's.

Is there a WYSIWG editor in Redmine?
or
Is there a good utility to convert Word documents to Wiki (Textile). I found some things on the internet but they do not realy work well, especially with tables.
or
Is there another Wiki program I can use in Redmine?
or
Is there another Wiki program in which I can edit the documents and later copy the code to Redmine?
