apply patch to redmine

hi all

how to apply new patch to redmine in windows. i tried patch -p0 <thename but its showing patch is not a recognized command.
please help us out.

Hello,

unfortunatelly, I have the same problem. It looks like there is no manual or sufficient description for this.
It would be very helpful to have a detailed process description for windows based systems.
