Redmine

I am currently getting automated emails going out with the subject lines in the following format:

[(Project Name) - (Track) (Issue Number)] (Status) (subject)

I had wanted to modify the subject line and the few posts I see regarding this mention a mailer.rb file which I cannot locate and may reference an older version of Redmine. Any help would be appreciated.
