Merry Christmas!!

I was hoping someone could build a plugin or include the feature in the next release. I'm hoping you guys just haven't thought about it yet, instead of it being a long task.

In the meantime, if anyone could point me in the right direction, it would be great. I can't get RequestHeader set X_FORWARDED_PROTO 'https' or .htaccess redirects to work.
