Redmine

Hi ,eveybody .
I have installed remine with Bitnami ,but my workmates say that it is slow in LAN .
I see some people say that, use ruby script/server mongrel -e production or ruby script/rails server mongrel -e production . but return no such file script/server .my God~

the installed environment is winXP , how can I solve it? If use some commands, with which path?
