Dear all,

our redmine consist of 3 groups..reporter, support and developer.

Reporter will create issues to support and support will route the issues to developer.

question:

1. how can i set the issues update to be partially "PRIVATE"? means when the reporter created issues, then support will assign to developer and developer will update the ticket. I want to prevent the reporter to see the replies from developer.

any idea to do this?

i am currently running on redmine 1.2
