Update URL changed

Hello all,

after some modification of Redmine's classic theme, i produced a white with some grey tones theme aiming for simplicity.
Bellow you can check the screenshot showing the home page of my Redmine installation using the theme.
Please note that i am not a designer so the CSS file may need some tuning.

Tested with Redmine 1.4.7 and 2.2.3
