Redmine

I'm trying out Redmine to use it for our Product development.
I came across a little Problem where I ask myself if this is already implemented in redmine and I just didn't see it yet.

The Problem is the following:
We develop Products that consist out of different Hardware. Each part of the Hardware, for example a circuit board with connected servos, is a Projekt itself (Lets call it component). Each component has firmware of it's own with different versions and so on.

Now we have different products that integrate different components.

Right now, I create a "generell" project in Redmine, Create a version there, "product A" and share it among all projects. That way the roadmap of "product A" can be easily acessed via the generell project. And a component with an issue for that "product A" shows up in the roadmap.
But the same issue could also be important for a different product which uses the wsame component. So there the problem.

The thing I'm looking to do, is a roadmap that shows not only the tickets of the Version itself, but the roadmap of the complete "product" with all tickets of the included versions.

Simply put, a Roadmap for a Version, which consists out of "sub" versions of different projects.
