Redmine

I have Redmine-1.3.2-0 running on a Virtual Machine ubunutu-10-10.
I have loaded the Redmine for Windows 2.3.1-1 on a computer and want to transfer the users, projects and documents from the old to the new.
Is there an easy way to do this?
Any procedure written down?

Any help would be appreciated.
