turnkey redmine 12.1 hg-ssh

I'm wondering not to find any clean description how to configure mercurial/tortoisehg usage on a standard turnkey Redmine appliance.
Right now, only clone is working on http://
Goal is to use it like on bitbucket by adding ssh-keys. But how?
