Help! From 1.2.1 to 2.3.2 in different servers

Hi guys,
I have Redmine 1.2.1 installed in one server and I need to migrate all the data to a different server where I have a Redmine 2.3.2 installed.
How I supposed to do it? Any help will be very appreciated!
