Hello !

I would like to suggest a kind of new feature to have a better overall view of the help provided.

For example 2 or 3 statuses for each message : New, In progress, Solved.

The first message would be a in status "New" and the title would be : [New]I need help

At the first response of someone, we could change the title [In progress]I need help

And once the problem is solved : [Solved] I need help

By doing this, we wouldn't have to check all the comments to see if the problem is solved or not.
In just one click on the help section forum, we would be able to see if the problem still needs to be "handled" or not.

Please give your thoughts.
