Indication why an issue cannot be closed

Hello Y'all,
I'm looking to see if anyone knows of a plugin (or configuration option for that matter) which will alert users who would like to close an issue that it cannot be closed due to a blocked issue. Yes, I know that a simple glance at the list of related issues would show this, but I have users who don't seem to remember to look.
