New release of Redmine with Ruby-on-rails 3.2.16?

Hello,
When will appear a new version of Redmine that uses the corrected version of Ruby on rails 3.2.16 related to the security problems found? (CVE-2013-6415, CVE-2013-4491, CVE-2013-6416 and other)
