File upload get stuck in progress bar¶

Problem:
It is only somtetimes possible to upload files. Often it works 2 times and not th third time. Like showed in the attached screenshot the upload hangs with the progress bar). There is no log (apache error log and $REDMINE_ROOT/log/*) information on server side, which lead my to proof the client.

Interresting is, that there is no proble on other computers with the same configuration.
So far only my system is having troubles

"Solution:"
So far I found out that the problem is solved, if I dissable the Kaspersky Endpoint Security on my client. It didn't helped to dissable features on Kapsersky (even if I dissabled all the problem remains). I had to stop the whole Kaspersky thing.
